“We see patients, check them in, verify insurance, make sure they get the full care they need before they see the provider. We are very focused on making sure that the patients are not scared to come in … and anything they need we make sure that they receive it. I wanna come in to help patients – I don’t wanna get sick and have to be at home. So I’m always making sure that I’m doing the right thing and keeping myself safe and the patients safe too.”
